She is the author of Eat the Elephant: Overcoming Overwhelm, where she shares her time-tested strategies for identifying the sources of overwhelm and managing the fallout that sabotages us every day.
Karolyn is an expert problem solver and a gifted strategist. She uses her keen insight as a consultant to individuals and corporations who are looking to improve productivity and quality of life. She served as an adjunct faculty member at several colleges, and is a founding member of Mediators Beyond Borders International. A native New Yorker, Karolyn lives and works in the Washington, DC area, where she uses the tools in her book on a daily basis.
